Sofa Fabrics Shop Return Policy
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order if received wrong product number
- Condition: Returned fabric must be uncut, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Altered or used fabrics cannot be returned.
- Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, custom orders, swatches, remnants, or any fabric noted as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [info@afpfurnishings.com / +917340897919]. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and authorization.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exceptions: Any claims regarding order issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
